We offer professional and reliable services to accommodate your needs. We can notarize Deeds, Loans, Contracts, Affidavits, Statements, Agreements, Certificates of Origin, and more. We can administer Oaths. We offer Fingerprinting that is acceptable for most licensing requirements. We do not notarize Birth Certificates, Wills, or incomplete documents. We guarantee that we will notarize your documents properly, and according to current California State Law. We guarantee that we will protect your private information that is collected in our journal under lock and key. We only allow access to our records as allowed or required by law.
We offer a 24-hour a day, 7-day a week, service, by appointment for all of your notary needs.

RATES
Our Basic Traveling rates are from $45 to $75 (see rates below), which includes travel to your location, notarization of up to 5 single signatures, and up to a quarter-hour of waiting time. Additional notarized signatures cost $10 per signature. This rate applies to appointments set up in advance, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Higher rates may apply to evenings, weekends, and early mornings. Discounts are given on 10 or more notarizations.
We also offer local Loan Signing Packages with rates from $100 to $135 (see rates below). These are local rates for: Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Indio, and other communities listed below. We also service Riverside County, as well as most of Southern California. Our travel fee includes up to 10 individual notarizations, and additional notarizations are $10 each. this rate applies to appointments booked in advance, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Higher rates may apply for evenings, weekends, and early mornings. Discounts are given on 15 or more notarizations.
We offer Fingerprinting services that many people need when applying for Federal and State Licenses, Broker-Dealer Registration, and various other licenses. The fee for fingerprinting includes travel and starts from $75 and up, depending on your location, and the quantity of fingerprints needed.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
You must have valid, current, identification. In California this means one or more of the following: Passport (U.S. or Foreign), State issued Drivers License or Identification Card, Military ID card, or a State Department of Corrections ID (only for those in custody)

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due at the time service is rendered, or in advance. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, or you can pay online with PayPal. Escrow and Title Companies can be billed, or pay at close of escrow.
